We reserve the right to amend our trading terms and conditions from time to time and request that before using our site you carefully read all of our terms and conditions including disclaimers.
If after reading our terms and conditions you do not fully understand or agree with our terms and conditions we would ask that you do not proceed any further to use our sites services or facilities.
If you do proceed it will be accepted that you have read and fully understand our terms and conditions and agree to be bound by same.

Privacy
All information supplied to us by our customers for the purpose of dealing with Audio Sales and Recording will not be sold or given to a third party other than our bankers for the specific use of the credit card transactions.

Any promotions or special deals will only be sent out to customers who have elected (become members) to receive those promotion or special deals through our members section email outs.

Payment Methods and Information
When using a credit card to purchase goods online the payment for the goods ordered is normally debited to your card at the time of the order.

As well as credit cards we also accept other payment methods such as a bank transfers, cheques or money orders (unfortunately goods can not be dispatched until the cheque or money order has been cleared please allow (7) seven working days).

If you are still concerned about using your credit card online we can fax you an easy order form which you simply fill in your credit card details and sign the authorisation section and fax the form back to us.

We currently accept Bankcard, Mastercard and Visa cards.

Delivery

We currently deliver to all parts of Australia usually within (2) two working days for Brisbane, Sydney Metro, ACT and Melbourne and depending on where you live in the rest of Australia (3-7) three to seven working days (some country areas in some states generally take the longest).

Please note : To protect your order, goods will only be delivered to your home or business street address (not postal). Goods will not be left unattended, if no one is at the given delivery address to accept the delivery. (additional charges may apply if more than one delivery attempt has to be made)

Any trademarks or logos used on this site remain the property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced or copied without their legal owners or authorized representatives prior permission in writing.

Pricing

As of 1st July 2000, all pricing contained in this site is in $AUS(Australian) dollars and includes GST.

Warranty

All products sold by Audio Sales and Recording come with full manufacturers warranty, and for your convenience we have listed the relevant suppliers service departments or service agents in the unlikely event that you have a problem with any product during the warranty period.

In the event that you require service on any product during the warranty period simply follow these few simple steps:

Contact Audio Sales and Recording immediately by Phone, Fax or Email.
Have your original invoice details handy if calling by phone or quote your original invoice number and description of problem with the product on the fax or email.
We will give you instructions on the phone or contact you back by Fax or Email to explain what would be the quickest and most convenient way to obtain warranty or service for your product.
If the product is faulty or damaged when first delivered (see returns policy).
This information will remain helpful in the future if in the event you do experience any problem with your purchase and you require service even after the warranty period has lapsed.

Returns Policy

In the event that on receipt of your purchase you find that the goods have been damaged in transit (you must make sure that at the time of delivery of the goods the packaging shows no obvious signs of damage, if it does you can either ask the courier to mark his delivery / consignment note "carton damaged" or you can refuse to accept the goods if you are uncertain about the condition of the goods).

If you choose to accept the goods and you later find that they are damaged or faulty in any way we require you to do the following:

Once you have contacted us we will then offer you the following options:

Replacement of Goods (including shipping costs)

A Full Refund (including shipping costs)
Once you have contacted us we will issue you with a return goods authority (RGA) number which you must quote when contacting us about your Replacement Goods or Credit.

To return damaged or faulty goods to us is as simple as repacking them in to the original packing you received them in, the packaging has our return delivery address details prominently displayed (to avoid confusion please cross out your delivery details on the packing ) and take them to any Australia Post office.

Please note: the cost of freight will only be refunded in circumstances where the goods purchased were damaged or faulty when delivered. In all other cases, including change of mind purchases, freight costs both ways will be bourne by the customer.

Payment of return freight by Audio Sales and Recording only applies to goods delivered within Australia.

In the event that replacement goods of the same type or model are not available at the time of your transaction you will be entitled to either a full credit including original shipping costs.

All goods returned for credit or replacement must be repacked in their original packaging and include all accessories and manuals.

If goods are returned incomplete or are missing any parts or instruction manuals etc a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price may be deducted from any refund amount due.

Limited Liability Disclaimer

Under no circumstances will Audio Sales and Recording be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever suffered directly or indirectly through the use of any services offered or products sold through this website.

This website and its contents were created in the state of Queensland and as such the applicable Australian laws both state and federal will be final and have absolute jurisdiction.
